SHIPPING POLICY

We take pride in offering luxury products to your door in the best possible condition on the requested delivery date. Each cold cooler box utilizes carefully engineered packaging and dry ice to keep the delivery cold when it arrives on your doorstep.

  • We ship to the lower 48 states of the U.S.
  • We ship on Tuesdays depending on the day of your order, you can expect your ice cream to arrive within 1-3 days of the following Tuesday.
  • All packages are shipped via UPS or FedEx and therefore we cannot ship to P.O. Box addresses.

DELAYS

Unfortunately, sometimes things happen that are outside of our control like weather and transit delays once the package is in the hands of FedEx or UPS. As such, the shipping guidelines published on this website are not guarantees of a shipping or arrival date.

Cold Case is not responsible for delays in transit caused by high package volume, weather, mechanical error, strikes, natural disasters, terrorism safety control, local carrier mis-scans or inaccurate/incomplete shipping information. We do not require a signature for the release of any shipment. Leaving a package at an address is ultimately up to the complete discretion of the individual delivery person and is therefore entirely outside our control. However, Cold Case is not responsible for packages that require a signature but are not delivered because no one is home to sign.

DELIVERY TIME IS NOT GUARANTEED

Cold Case is unable to guarantee the time of delivery, as this is all subject to the local carrier. Most carriers will deliver packages anytime between 8 am–10 pm. If you are placing an order for a time-sensitive event, we recommend placing your order early and scheduling it to arrive at least two (2) or more days before your event. Our products should be frozen upon arrival to maintain integrity and quality. In the unlikely event an item arrives at a temperature above 40 degrees Fahrenheit, you should discard the item and contact our Customer Service team at info@coldcaseicecream.com within 24 hours to request a refund or credit.

In anticipation of high order volumes (especially during holidays) or other uncontrollable events, we may have your order shipped early to ensure that it arrives in good condition. Cold Case reserves the right to schedule the arrival of your order earlier or later than estimated to prevent delays, based on operational conditions. We will try to let you know about any delivery complications or adjustments. If you are expecting a delivery and we have not contacted you about a delivery issue, please contact our Customer Service team at info@coldcaseicecream.com.

REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS

There are no returns, refunds, or cancellations allowed on any orders that have shipped or have entered into fulfillment.

You are responsible for checking that all shipping information is correct before submitting an order as well as in your order confirmation email. If you need to modify the delivery address once your order has shipped, an address change processing fee will apply to your order. Once an address modification is requested, carriers require one business day to process the change, which may delay the package. Cold Case is not responsible for delays in transit caused by address modification.
