How Much is a Case?

Let's get one thing straight - our ice cream is anything but ordinary. It's the crème de la crème of frozen confections, crafted from the finest hand-picked, farm-fresh ingredients, churned to perfection in small batches. And we don't stop there. Each luxurious spoonful is delivered in a bespoke, high-end box, complete with our signature spoon and a hint of mystery that will leave you craving more. 

When it comes to quality, we spare no expense. Our ice cream is worth every penny and then some. With our subscription service, you’ll enjoy exclusive discounts and special offers, ensuring that your favorite indulgence is always within reach. Plus, you’ll never miss out on our latest and greatest flavors!

How Can I Track My Order?

We don't leave any loose ends. Once your order is shipped, we'll send you a classified email notification complete with a tracking number. Our team works diligently to ensure your order is shipped with precision. If you don't receive an email from us, please get in touch at info@coldcaseicecream.com - we'll help you track down your order faster than you can say 'case closed'.

What if I Won't Be Home When it is Scheduled to Arrive?

By ordering you accept that this is a highly perishable item, arriving in a general timeframe. Unfortunately, carriers never guarantee times of delivery. So, try to be home, or make sure someone is, so you can get those pints in the freezer!

How Do You Ship Ice Cream?

We don't mess around with our frozen goods - we give them the VIP treatment, packing them in an insulated shipping box with enough dry ice to keep them colder than the hearts of the most devious of criminals. At a frigid -109.3°F, these frozen culprits are ready to be delivered in perfect condition.

Mine Didn't Have Dry Ice

We ship every package in an insulated box with dry ice - but unlike regular ice, dry ice doesn't melt into a liquid as it warms up. Instead, it converts directly back into its gaseous form in a process known as sublimation.

Where Do You Ship?

We ship exclusively to the lower 48 states of the U.S. We may not be international detectives yet, but we're always on the lookout for new leads.

All packages are shipped via UPS or FedEx and therefore we cannot ship to P.O. Box addresses.

How Long Does it Take to Receive My Order Once it is Placed?

We ship Monday-Wednesday (also on Thursdays for West coast orders only). Depending on the day of your order, you can expect your ice cream to arrive within 7-10 days from when you order is placed. There are no returns, refunds, or cancellations allowed on any orders that have shipped or have entered into fulfillment.

My Ice Cream Arrived Melted. What Do I Do?

We offer a “Melt Free Guarantee”. On the off chance your ice cream is delayed and arrives melted, take a picture within 24-hours of arrival and send it to info@coldcaseicecream.com. We will send you a replacement for free!

How Do I Order A Case?

Simply head to our homepage or hit the link in our IG bio, add your favorite flavor to your cart, and voila - your escape plan is in motion. Before you know it, our high-end box of frozen indulgences will be delivered right to your doorstep within the week.

Can I Add A Gift Message?

Whether you're sending a heartfelt "Happy Birthday!" to your aunt who's been slipping you crisp $20 bills for 28 years straight, or bidding farewell to that pesky coworker who landed a job on the other side of the country, we've got you covered. After you place your order, send an email to info@coldcaseicecream.com with your message and we’ll get it slipped into their case. We know a guy.

Can I Choose My Flavors?

Our flavors are unlike any you’ll find ANYWHERE. We have created a box where you can choose your own flavors - the "Build your Case" box. For the Premium case, we give our award-winning confectioners complete creative curation liberty. At this time, you are not able to pick your own flavors for the Premium case.

What Do I Get with My Subscription?

You can choose to subscribe to our "Build your Case" box or our "Premium Case". With the "Build your Case" subscription, you can choose your flavors every month. For the "Premium Case" subscription, you will receive the same flavors monthly for a quarter until our next flavors are released the following quarter.

I Have A Nut Allergy, Can I Still Eat Your Ice Cream?

We make all our ice cream in an open kitchen on shared equipment. All of which process wheat, dairy, eggs, soy, peanuts, and tree nuts. While we do our best to prevent cross-contamination, we cannot eliminate the risk. We take allergies and safety seriously, so we want to be transparent. If you have any additional thoughts or questions, please consult your doctor.

What is Your Return/Exchange Policy?

When it comes to our ice cream, there's no turning back. Due to the frosty nature of our product, returns or exchanges are off the table. But hey, if you've stumbled upon any snags in your order, don't go silent. Reach out to us at info@coldcaseicecream.com, and we'll be your partners in solving the mystery.
