HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
We don't leave any loose ends. Once your order is shipped, we'll send you a classified email notification complete with a tracking number. Our team works diligently on Mondays and Tuesdays to ensure your order is shipped with precision. If you don't receive an email from us, don't hesitate to get in touch at email@example.com - we'll help you track down your order faster than you can say 'case closed'.
WHAT IF I WON'T BE HOME WHEN IT IS SCHEDULED TO ARRIVE?
By ordering you accept the fact that this is a highly perishable item, arriving in a general timeframe. Unfortunately, carriers never guarantee times of delivery. So, try to be home, or make sure someone is so you can get those pints in the freezer!
HOW DO YOU SHIP ICE CREAM?
We don't mess around with our frozen goods - we give them the VIP treatment, packing them in an insulated shipping box with enough dry ice to keep them colder than the hearts of the most devious of criminals. At a frigid -109.3°F, these frozen culprits are ready to be delivered in perfect condition. .
WHERE DO YOU SHIP?
We ship to the lower 48 states of the U.S. and keep our eyes peeled for any suspicious activity beyond our borders. We may not be international detectives yet, but we're always on the lookout for new leads.
All packages are shipped via UPS or FedEx and therefore we cannot ship to P.O. Box addresses.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER AFTER IT'S PLACED?
We ship on Tuesdays. So, depending on the day of your order, you can expect your ice cream to arrive within 1-3 days of the following Tuesday. There are no returns, refunds, or cancellations allowed on any orders that have shipped or have entered into fulfillment.
MY ICE CREAM ARRIVED MELTED, WHAT DO I DO?
We offer a “Melt Free Guarantee”. On the off chance your ice cream is delayed and arrives melted, take a picture within 24-hours of arrival and send it to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will send you a replacement for free.

CAN I CHOOSE MY FLAVORS?
Our flavors are unlike any you’ll find ANYWHERE. That being said, we give our award winning confectioners creative liberty in curating your party box. So no, you can’t pick your own flavors. Yet. Stay tuned.
I HAVE A NUT ALLERGY, CAN I STILL EAT YOUR ICE CREAM?
We make all our ice cream in an open kitchen on shared equipment. All of which process wheat, dairy, eggs, soy, peanuts, and tree nuts. While we do our best to prevent cross contamination, we cannot completely eliminate the risk. We take allergies and safety seriously, so we want to be transparent. If you have any additional thoughts or questions, please consult your doctor.
WHAT'S YOUR RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY?
